Liz Garcia
FOUNDER / DIRECTOR
Liz is a mum, speech pathologist, and director of an allied health practice who is deeply passionate about supporting families in her community. Through her work, she sees firsthand the challenges many families face when trying to access the supports their children need, particularly when financial barriers stand in the way. While the NDIS provides important assistance for many, Liz understands that not all families have access to the scheme, and even for those who do, it cannot always cover every cost.
This insight inspired Liz to establish Humble Grounds, with the goal of helping bridge these gaps so that finances are never the reason a family misses out on essential support.
With a strong love for community and a genuine passion for good coffee, Liz created Humble Grounds as a place where connection, generosity, and practical support come together to make a meaningful difference.
